Shipping policy

Product Delivery
If Customer requests delivery of Rental Unit/s  to a hotel, Customer must provide the name of a registered guest staying at that hotel. On the shipping label BYO will list the guest's name beneath the hotel's name.

BYO shall use reasonable efforts to deliver the Rental Unit/s before the Rental Term start date but shall not incur any liability in the event of any delay. Customer or Customer’s agent shall accept the Rental Unit/s when delivered on the delivery date. 

If, for any reason, Customer or Customer’s agent/representative/hotel fails or refuses to accept the Rental Unit/s when delivered by BYO’s pre-paid carrier on the delivery date, Customer shall be still liable for the stated Rental Charges. 

Customer shall inspect the Rental Unit/s upon receipt and immediately notify BYO if any Rental Unit/s are missing/stolen/damaged or otherwise not as originally ordered. BYO shall undertake its best efforts to correct the problem as soon as reasonably possible upon being notified. 

It is the Customer’s responsibility to inquire with the hotel or third party receiver as to the whereabouts of the Product and Services. Further, no refunds will be issued for Product and Services delivered in a timely manner to the Customer’s specified delivery address and not retrieved by the Customer or their representatives. 

Product Return
Rental Unit/s shall be returned in good working order and in the same condition in which Rental Unit/s were delivered to the Customer. 

Customer shall return the Rental Unit/s directly to BYO’s designated pre-paid carrier at one of the carrier’s retail locations during business hours no later than 4:00pm (local time) one (1) business day after the last date of the Rental Term to avoid late fees. Customer must use the prepaid carrier’s return shipping label provided with the Rental Unit/s at initial delivery. Customer shall place the Rental Unit/s back into and seal the original cardboard box initially provided by BYO. Once BYO’s pre-paid return shipping label is scanned by the preferred pre-paid carrier, the Rental Unit/s are considered returned.

If Customer tenders the Rental Unit/s to an agent who is not BYO’s preferred pre-paid carrier, including but not limited to a hotel employee or general services contractor, Customer remains liable for the Rental Unit/s until BYO’s pre-paid return shipping label is scanned by BYO’s preferred pre-paid carrier. Tendering the Rental Unit/s to an agent other than BYO’s preferred pre-paid carrier comes with significant risk of damage/theft/loss to the Rental Unit/s and is not recommended. 

Should Customer return the Rental Unit/s using means other than those specified and provided by BYO, all Rental Charges will continue to accrue, even for the duration of the transit of the Rental Unit/s, and Customer will remain liable for any additional charges and any damage to the Rental Unit/s while in transit. 

Should Customer return the Rental Unit/s using a common carrier other than BYO’s preferred pre-paid carrier, Customer should address the Rental Unit/s to the following address:
